RATES & TERMS

Cottage Accommodation​

•  Outside Peak Season (15 Jan to 22 Dec)

      1 night - $230 per night 

      2 nights - $210 per night

​

      2 nights minimum on weekends (unless last minute)

         3 nights minimum on Public Holidays

​

• Peak Season (23 Dec to 14 Jan)

      $250 per night

       3 nights minimum stay unless last minute booking.

​

* All rates are based on double occupancy.

Additional Person/ Extra Line  for Sofa Bed

Each cottage can accommodate up to 3 people maximum :

​​

• extra occupant - Adult or Child: $50 per night (this includes the extra linen)

• extra linen for the sofa bed when 2 people only: $20

• extra linen for queen bed if needed to be changed: $20

​

Long Stay

We offer special rates for longer stays (more than 10 nights) by negotiation during the low season period.

Arrival and Departure Time 

Arrival after 2pm or by arrangement.

Check out time is 10 am.

Our Reservation Policy

A deposit of 50% by bank transfer is required to secure your booking.

The outstanding balance must be paid upon arrival by cash, or by bank transfer prior to arrival.

Our Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made no less than 7 days prior to arrival or a charge of 50% of the total stay cost will be incurred. Failure to arrive on the check in day will incur the total charge of the full stay booked.
